At  P A T H O G E N I X.com, we monitor research being conducted on global climate change. We look at the effects of global climate change in conjunction with human activity and observe the consequences on ecological systems.  In particular, we look at the consequences of global climate change and compounding human activity on the biology and ecology of pathogenic organisms in key indicator species.  Through an approach which we call “ecosystems analysis” we look to be able to understand the affects of global climate change and human activity on present day pathogenic organisms as well as emerging and re-emerging diseases.

At P A T H O G E N I X.com our goal is to develop resources which will inform the public and politicians as to these consequences.
